Shipping policy

 

Canada and US shipping

As we charge shipping based on weight, we use the fastest and most convenient shipping option as determined based on your location. We mainly use Canada Post, UPS, and USPS. You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your package has shipped. 

Please be aware that although we try our best to provide the fastest shipping, transit times can vary and we have no control over this or what happens during transit. We do not refund for misplaced packages during transit or delays but we will do our best to try and track it down for you.

If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or business closure and is "returned to sender", Blush Candles is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees. We're happy to ship your package back to a different address, but you will be asked to cover shipping costs for reshipment.  

International Shipping 

The shipping charges are based on weight and determined by your location. We mainly ship via Canada Post International shipping, but you can also choose from other options in case you need your package to be delivered faster. A 10% handling fee is added to international orders so that we take extra precautions making sure you get your rose candles in perfect shape. 

International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. Please note, We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur. Please make sure to check your own country's rates.
